The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Aldo who speaks perfect English. He was amazing in helping us plan our adventures in the area. The spa was also a nice touch, very relaxing after a long day.
It was a bit noisy with kids running around and crying. The walls were thin and we could hear the noise from neighboring rooms.

Good breakfast selection with a nice view of the mountains from the dining area. Convenient location close to the ski slopes and hiking trails. the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.
The walls are paper-thin, so I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. the hot tub was out of order during my entire stay, and I didn't get any compensation for this inconvenience.
